Details
The product presents a risk of electric shock as the luminaire had metal parts insulated from live parts only by basic insulation. There was also no bushing on the entrance hole for the input tails, so the sharp edge of the hole was damaging the insulation, which presents an electric shock hazard to the user. The instructions supplied with this sample were also inadequate. They did not contain adequate safety information and details to ensure the correct and safe use of the product.
